275 g/m² Heavyweight -  MK275 - 100% Merino Double Knit Jersey (Interlock)

Our specially made Heavyweight 100% Merino Jersey with extra weight and a looser knit that gives a little more stretch and ease of movement while making it extra warm.There is no elastane in our fabric, we use the natural stretch of the Merino fibre. We mainly use it in our thermals and outerwear, in particular pants, skirts and thermals. Great for that extra warmth.

Wash before Wear. Warm Gentle Machine Wash. Use PH Neutral Detergent (no whiteners/brighteners or stain removers- they do nasty things to wool). Definitely NO Bleach. Warm Iron. Line Dry or Low Heat Tumble Dry (remove from Dryer just before completely dry) and do not wash with with sharp objects.

The more care you give your Merino wool products the longer they will last. Whilst our products are machine washable,  to get the best life out of them we recommend handwash or gentle machine wash and please take care with what you wash them in and with.

Please note - do NOT use any detergents which contain Bleach, Whiteners or Brighteners or stain removers - there are a couple of big brands with bleach/whiteners/brighteners/stain removers which weaken the fibres and create holes in Merino fabric and are to be avoided. If unsure of what to use please contact us on 1800 606 969 and we'll help you out! 

AVOID products that say things like "tough on stains" "super white" etc - they'll often have the following wording and are to be avoided  - Optical Brighteners, Enzymes, Bleach - either chlorine or oxygen based, Heavy Duty Detergents, Softeners, Stain Removers, "Bio” detergents containing enzymes

If an item is eligible for Return or Exchange please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods for a Returns Number & Returns Form and we will know to expect your items back. Please do not just send your items back without contacting us first and receiving a Returns Number & confirming if your item is returnable.

Eligibility for Returns

Excluded Items: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on intimate underwear (including briefs and boxers), headgear, or socks. However, bras and thermals ARE eligible for return.

Condition of Goods: Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging intact. They should be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Please try on items after a shower and without talc, deodorant, or perfume to maintain their return eligibility.

Unacceptable Returns: We cannot accept items that have been washed or show signs of wear, such as those covered in makeup, perfume, human or pet hair, deodorant, lint, or detergent.

Return Process

Full-Priced Items: These may be exchanged, refunded, or credited to your account. Please note that refunds exclude freight costs and incur a 5% fee for non-refundable costs.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs

Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning goods to us.

Reshipping Costs: We will cover the cost of sending acceptable exchanged items back to you once.
